Ugh. There’s a part of me that wants to eat EVERYTHING and get really fat, and the other part of me wants to work out and get hotter to move on. Lol
My body is battling itself.
I sit at the bottom of the tub weeping until I cannot shed one more single tear, as the scalding hot water rains over me, so hot that its likely to burn away all the bad memories that go along with this.
Here I am waiting, it’s the calm before the storm.
